Mike Sears joined Vonage in February 2008 as Senior Vice President of Customer Care which is the customer-facing organization that is responsible for all customer contacts. Sears served as Vice President of Customer Service for DHL Express. He was responsible for strategic and tactical delivery of customer service overseeing more than 1 700 employees. Prior to working for DHL Sears held various positions including Vice President of Customer Service Strategic Planning for Wachovia National Bank. Sears holds a masters degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem NC where he also received his B.S. degree. |
