Mike Scott has responsibility for all aspects of company’s day-to-day operations, serving the outsourced customer care and billing needs of some of the largest operators in the U.S. This includes client management and support, product management and development, and product and service delivery.
Joining CSG in September 1999, Scott previously served as Senior Vice President in charge of client support and delivery encompassing all client services and account management activities as well as product delivery including release management, implementations client training and documentation.
Prior to CSG, Scott spent 21 years with First Data Corporation in a variety of management positions both domestically and internationally, including service as Chief Administrative Officer for First Data Resources and in developing and conducting leadership programs for senior management. After his employment with First Data Corporation, Scott served as an independent leadership consultant, conducting training seminars for several large corporations.
Scott holds a BA from Florida Atlantic University and has completed graduate level coursework at the University of Florida, Georgia State University, and Mercer University. |
