Mike has 10 years of experience working in management and consulting for distressed organizations, specializing in the optimization and analysis of information systems. He has performed duties as interim executive management and telecommunications analyst, and served many organizations in various capacities to support restructuring efforts. Mike has performed audits and prepared white-paper reports on the status of information systems departments, developments, resources, and potential for several investment groups in the process of due diligence prior to investment or reinvestment. Before working as a consultant, Mike was Vice President of one of the largest IBM business partners in the Southeast, a Florida-based consulting firm and value-added reseller. As one of the founders, he worked double duty as management and engineer throughout the early development of the company. He has strong technical skills and a solid understanding in all areas of Information Technology. |
