Mike joined da Vinci in 2005 and is responsible for da Vinci's finance, operations and IT organizations. Prior to joining da Vinci, Mike worked for Acterna, the world's second largest provider of communications test solutions for telecommunications and cable network operators. Mike held various positions in Acterna's corporate finance organization, starting in 2000 as director of corporate finance and investor relations, and more recently as corporate treasurer, where he was responsible for cash, debt, and banking operations; risk management; and the maintenance of strong creditor and shareholder relationships. Prior to joining Acterna, Mike worked for IBM and International Paper in a variety of finance roles. Mike is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a BS in Finance and Management Information Systems and holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. |
