Mike Relli has more than 16 years experience in EDI and Information Technology in the healthcare and financial industries. He has over 9 years experience educating organizations about the Who, What's and Why's of HIPAA? He regularly speaks at industry tradeshows and workgroups with respect to HIPAA & EDI implementation topics. Currently he is on the Steering Committee of NJSHORE, which is the New Jersey regional WEDI affiliate as well as being involved in the recently formed Committee on Operating Rules for Information Exchange (CORE), operated by CAQH.

Mike presented a series of some of the first HIPAA informational seminars to the ENVOY-NEIC (now Emdeon) network of payers throughout the United States. While at ENVOY-NEIC, he was one of only 4 individuals to serve on the ANSI X12n sub-committee that defined the final HIPAA transaction set for the 278 - Referral Certification and Authorization.
Prior to IGI, Mr. Relli was with ENVOY-NEIC (now Emdeon), Med-Link (now Emdeon/WebMD), MicroHealth (now McKesson).
