Mike is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. He brings a diversified business background to the D2Hawkeye team, with over 25 years of experience as a general management executive. Mike’s focus on team building, productivity improvements, and execution of key initiatives will help D2Hawkeye continue its significant growth while ensuring its ongoing commitment to quality and service. Prior to joining D2Hawkeye, Mike served as President and General Manager of a Honeywell subsidiary that provides service-based solutions to the utility markets nationwide. In this role, he instituted an annual cycle of strategic planning, kickoff and mid-year update to guide the organization towards its established annual goals in growth, productivity improvement, working capital utilization and people initiatives. In addition to this, he took a leadership role in challenging the organization to use Six Sigma methodology to increase productivity and improve competitiveness. Mike is a graduate of Boston College with a BS in Accounting. |
