Michael Peterson is responsible for managing the overall direction and operations of The Structure Group, including strategy formulation and execution, communications, financial management and external partner relationships. Mike has more than 20 years of consulting experience. He has spent the past 15 years working specifically in the deregulated energy industry starting with privatization in the United Kingdom. Mike has extensive experience with the California, New England, and New York markets. He has worked in generation operations, trading, power scheduling, market settlements, and retail service operations. His consulting experience includes business definition, organization design, financial analysis, process design and systems development and implementation.
