Mike has more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience, and served as a Conversay financial consultant since early 2005. Previously, Mike was Chief Financial Officer of Service Communications, a national technology & communications company, and of Helly Hansen (US), the international outerwear manufacturer. Mike s previous experience was international: he was Vice President of Finance for 7 years with Kingston Holding, developer of golf courses, constructed and managed mall complexes, and an operator of a Safeway franchise. Mike supervised financial reporting, oversaw reporting revenues of 150 million dollars and assets of over a billion dollars. Previous to that he was Vice President of Finance for Calvo Enterprises - Guam, for 12 years; a commercial real estate development company, owned hotel properties, the Hilton and Okura hotels, the Phillip Morris distributor in the Pacific region, the Pepsi franchise for the Pacific, and the AIG insurance agency for Micronesia and Guam. Mike holds a BBA, Accounting degree from Seattle University and received his MBA in Accounting and Finance from California Coast University. |
