Mr. Mooney is the head of the medical devices, technology and software divisions of CrossKeys Capitals and has been part of CrossKeys Capitals, LLC from its inception. Mike specializes in sell-side and buy-side Mergers & Acquisition ("M&A") assignments for Middle Market privately held companies. Since 1999, Mike has successfully closed over fifteen sell-side M&A engagements with a total aggregate enterprise value in excess of $500MM.Education / Accreditation Mike earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting and a MBA in Finance from the University of Delaware. Mike has the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and resides in Wilmington, DE with his wife and three kids. Work Experience Mike brings to CrossKeys Capitals over 15 years of both operational and investment banking experience. Prior to CrossKeys Capitals, Mike spent six years on Wall Street with SG Cowen Securities and Price Waterhouse before joining Wachovia Securities Private Business Group in late 1998, to focus on the middle market segment of M&A. Focusing on a variety of industries, Mike has a wealth of experience in executing sell-side and buy-side engagements in a variety of industries. |
