As the Director of Service for the Chicago Office Technology Group, Mike Martos leads all client service initiatives - from onsite technical service, to dispatch and network consulting. In his role, Martos ensures that COTG's service standards reflect our partners' expectations and our clients' needs. Martos joined COTG in 2003 as Director of Service with responsibility for 100+ service and technical personnel. Prior to joining the company, Martos held several key management positions in office technology companies, with over 23 years of experience in the industry. Martos studied Business Management at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois and holds several industry certifications and awards. |
