Michael’s responsibilities include representing clients in obtaining financing, selecting sites, qualifying for selection and management of design teams, facilitating project approvals, performing existing facility audits and analysis for expansion or relocation feasibility, budgeting and scheduling of projects from concept to completion. He has managed complex projects for clients in the healthcare market, public, private and higher education markets, light industrial, and commercial office markets, and on urban economic redevelopment projects in Hartford, Norwich, and Waterbury, CT. Michael’s experience as an architect has covered the full spectrum of the profession, at two large firms for over twenty years. He is licensed in Connecticut and nationally by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
