In this position Mike leads the global Human Resources function for Kulicke & Soffa Industries.
Mike has spent most of his career in Human Resources. He received his MS in Industrial Relations from Rutgers University in 1983. He then went on to positions with Holiday Corporation Corning Inc. and Sara Lee Corporation AT&T Lucent Technologies and Avaya. During this time Mike has worked in the areas of Leadership Development Labor Relations Recruiting HR Information Systems and as a Human Resources Generalist. He has attended advanced executive training at the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro North Carolina and the Institute for Management Development in Lausanne Switzerland. |
