Current responsibility
Mike is a principal and senior benefits consultant with the Seattle office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 1991. Mike assists clients with the design, implementation, and administration of employee retirement plans.
Mike manages operations and client relations for the defined contribution practice. He is a leader in the development of the practice, and participates in Milliman's Defined Contribution Strategic Planning Group.
Experience
Mike has 15 years of experience with defined contribution plans. His experience has included plan administration, design and testing, systems management, and development.
He has extensive experience in the research an application of regulatory requirements and other industry initiatives. Mike has consulted with plan sponsors on the application of regulatory issues, and has provided advice on the implementation of plan administration strategies.
