Mr. Joyce has over twelve years of professional experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, construction, professional services and retail. Prior to joining Fort Dearborn Partners, Mike was the Controller for MVP.com, a start-up e-commerce entity, where he focused on creating and managing the financial infrastructure, managing the integration of acquired entities, financial planning and cash management. Prior to MVP.com, Mike was a manager at McGladrey & Pullen, a national public accounting and consulting firm focused on serving middle-market companies. Mike assisted clients with mergers and acquisitions, debt negotiation, internal controls, cost analyses, income tax planning and cash management. Mr. Joyce received his Bachelor of Accounting from Northern Illinois University. Mike is a Certified Public Account and a member of the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society. |
