Mike Herring: Chief Knowledge Officer J. Michael Herring is the Chief Knowledge Officer and Co-Founder of IMPACT Group. Along with his wife, Laura, Mike Herring is responsible for creating a new and unique niche in the relocation industry. Before IMPACT Group, corporations moved employees from city to city. Now these same corporations are aware that they are moving families. Mike Herring devotes his energy and expertise to the operations, administration and processes of the growing company. As the company has grown, Mike’s responsibilities evolved into his role of guiding internal development and ensuring commitment to the company mission - to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Prior to founding IMPACT Group, Mike was a marriage and family therapist. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, with a Master’s degree in Counseling. Mike Herring has been a speaker throughout the country on a wide range of issues. From the trials of moving a family across the country to working with Generation X’ers, he brings humor and a practical hands-on approach to the crucial issues involved. |
