Mike has 18 years of diverse experience in the field of learning technologies. As a military officer, Mike managed development of Computer-Based Training modules for the Air Force pilot training program. In civilian life Mike has led teams to develop and implement multimedia training programs for several corporate clients. Since 1995, with the rapid acceptance of the internet media, Mike has focused his work on designing and implementing programs to improve learning and performance. Today, as Generation21's Director of Systems Engineering, Mike manages all Generation21 Enterprise software development efforts and is a key visionary for future developments and enhancements. He uses his expertise to evaluate the needs of and customize software functionality for Generation21 clients. Mike has been with Generation21 since 1999. Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in 1979. Mike is currently a member of the Air Force Reserve and served for 12 years as a pilot and instructor pilot. |
