Mike Hallett is the Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations at CollabNet. He has 30 years of experience with consistent achievement in leading organizations towards growth and profitability. At CollabNet, Hallett is responsible for executing a variety of channel strategies both domestically and abroad, expanding the company's execution-oriented field teams, and contributing to the strategic expansion plans CollabNet has set forth. Hallett joined CollabNet from Questra, an intelligent device management company where he was senior vice president of worldwide sales. Prior to Questra, he served as senior vice president at Kintana, Where he doubled the company's revenue growth in 2001 and 2002, and helped drive the strategic repositioning that led to the successful acquisition by Mercury Interactive. Hallett served in various executive-level sales and business development roles at Oracle and Siebel during the rapid rise of both companies in the 1990s, and also held senior positions at Stratus Computer, Ultimate Inc., Honeywell, and Philips. |
