Mike Hallahan is the Vice President of Professional Services and is responsible for developing and leading the consulting, training and implementation teams, as well as enhancing the company's product and service offerings. As one of the original employees of Fulcrum Technologies, Mr. Hallahan has been instrumental in helping to grow the business and has overseen large implementation projects for enterprise-level customers such as T-Mobile, Cingular Wireless, Leap Wireless, Qwest, and Time Warner Cable.With over 15 years in the software industry, Mr. Hallahan has extensive experience in many successful commercial software companies such as Barcodes West, Concur Technologies, Interlinq Software, and Covault. Mr. Hallahan has a degree in Business Management from Washington State University. |
