Mike Gammarino is Director of Operations at Koders where he surreptitiously applies his if it ain’t broke, make it better philosophy to project management, strategic planning and back office duties in an effort to maximize company efficiency and keep the wheels of innovation rapidly turning. Mike has broad operational experience derived from 10 years of managing high tech hardware and software manufacturing and development. He began his career in start-ups working for WaferTech, a $1.5 billion integrated circuits manufacturing joint venture. Mike’s responsibilities ranged from management of high speed, high volume production systems to recruiting and hiring to site-wide employee training and development. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech. |
