Mike Frow is Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, Harris Financial Corp., based in Chicago. In this role he oversees credit, market and operational risk management activities throughout the United States. In addition, he also acts as deputy to the Executive Vice President, Corporate Risk Management in Toronto.
Mike first joined the BMO group in 1981. He has worked in each of the Bank’s operating groups in a wide variety of line and risk positions in both the US and Canada. Most recently he transferred to Chicago in 2002 from Florida where he was the Regional President of the Bank’s private banking operations in that state. During the period from 1997 to 2001 he left the Bank to head up the risk management function of an international bank based in London with a large emerging markets franchise.
Mike, who was born in the UK , holds an M.A. degree in mathematics and philosophy from Oxford University, England. |
