Mike has over 18 years of experience in the accounting and financial management industries. Most recently, Mike served as the CFO for a business forms distributor. Under his stint as the company’s top financial and operations management officer, the company grew from $6 million in sales to over $280 million in sales. He assisted the company in becoming the largest print distributor in the nation.While functioning as a Controller and Treasurer for eight years and as a Chief Financial Officer for the last ten years, Mike has been integral in orchestrating 26 mergers & acquisitions and been involved with an Initial Public Offering and subsequent private offering. Mike started his career in Public Accounting.
