Mike is a senior sales and business development executive with more than 17 years of experience in bringing leading edge software and services to market. At Codefast, he is responsible for setting the company’s winning sales strategy, building a world-class sales organization, and maturing alliances and channels. Prior to joining Codefast, Mike was president and founder of Backstage Pass, a media and advertising company focused on the convergence of entertainment and technology.In 2005, Mike was Regional Sales Manager at Altiris, Inc., a systems management software and service company. There, he closed more than $2M in revenue from Fortune 1000 customers in the Bay Area alone and established channel relationships with Dell, HP, IBM, and various resellers and systems integrators for a company that realized 90 percent of sales through channel partnerships. From 2001 to 2003, Mike was Western Regional Sales Director at WebMethods, where he was a consistent top performer, member of the President’s Club, and head of a winning regional direct sales team.Prior to WebMethods, Mike held numerous senior sales and operations positions at Calico Commerce (4th largest NASDAQ IPO in October 1999), Wallop Software (now part of IBM Websphere), Rational Software (through its acquisition of Pure Software), and started his career at Oracle. Mike has built sales infrastructure from the ground up many times over, consistently growing revenue 150+ percent of quota while simultaneously reducing cost of sales.Mike has a bachelor's degree in business administration from University of California at Berkeley. |
