Mike guides the company’s recruiting and retention efforts, and also oversees brand development, advertising, marketing communications and public relations across all divisions of the company. His continued development of recruiting and retention processes and programs, customer research and marketing strategies helps the organization meet the critical workforce needs of health care organizations throughout the United States.
Mike has held a number of high-level positions in marketing and business development during his 22-year professional career and prior to joining Supplemental Health Care, he worked for Randstad North America in Atlanta. During that time, he was responsible for strategy development, marketing, recruiting and retention, new product development and customer process improvement. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and marketing. |
