Mike DiCarlo is Construction Manager for Petroleum & Chemical for Becon Construction Company in the Houston office. Mike has experience on nearly all aspects of petroleum and chemical work, including grassroots, expansions, turnaround/shutdown, small capital, and modularization. He has extensive experience in field engineering, supervision, site management, and functional management. Responsibilities have included safety management, client relations, quality control, cost and schedule management, material control, contract development, contract administration and coordination, and construction personnel management. Mike’s education includes a BA from Glassboro State College in New Jersey and a BS in engineering technology from the University of Houston. |
