Mr. DePasquale brings more than 20 years of successful executive and sales and marketing experience as Director and CEO of BIO-key International. Most recently he was President and CEO of Prism eSolutions a company specializing in professional consulting services and online solutions for ISO-9001/14000 certification for customers in manufacturing healthcare and government markets. Mr. DePasquale has also served as Group Vice President for WRC Media Sr. Vice President of Jostens Learning Vice President of Sales and Marketing with McGraw-Hill; and as Director of Marketing and Sales Group Manager with Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. DePasquale holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Management and Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and has attended both the Harvard University and Babson College Executive Development Programs.
