Mike manages legal affairs for Keurig, including leadership of outside counsel in the areas of contracts, and patents. He joined Keurig in 2004 bringing 11 years of experience in private corporate practice with two mid-sized Boston law firms, most recently at Rich May, where he was a shareholder and member of the firm. Mike's practice has focused on general corporate representation of a wide array of private and public businesses and transactional representation of a number of venture capital firms. Mike received both his BS and JD from Boston College. |
