As vice president of Global Human Resources at General Mills, Mike Davis is responsible for all aspects of our worldwide human resources activities.
In 1996, he joined General Mills as vice president of Compensation & Benefits after spending 15 years in consulting with Towers-Perrin. His tenure at the global professional services firm included serving as leader of U.S. practice for executive compensation.
Mike’s responsibilities at General Mills expanded in 2002 to include staffing activities and, in 2004, he became vice president of human resources for the U.S. Retail and Corporate groups.
Mike’s further contributions include combining the compensation and benefits programs of General Mills and The Pillsbury Company after General Mills acquired Pillsbury in 2001. |
