Mike Dalton is the president of theEurope , Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region at McAfee, Inc. Dalton leads all sales and business operations for the region. Dalton joined the company in July of 1998 and most recently served as the vice president and general manager for the U.K. , Ireland and South Africa region, responsible for all sales and marketing activities. Dalton has held a variety of EMEA management roles with the company including vice president of telesales, channel director, and retail manager.
Dalton has more than 16 years of experience in European and U.S. markets. Prior to joining McAfee, Dalton worked as a consultant, developing European channels for U.S. startups. Dalton has held a variety of sales, marketing, and product management positions, including European marcom manager at Conner Peripherals and marketing director at OR Technology, where he was responsible for the U.S market and developing European operations. Dalton started his Information Technology career with GEC Avery, where he worked as a Systems Engineer, selling computerized weighing systems.
Dalton earned a bachelor of science with honors in metallurgy and microstructural engineering from Sheffield Polytechnic. |
