Mike Cooke joined Diamond as Senior Vice President of North American Retail Sales in 2006. Previously, he served as VP of Sales of nSpired Natural Foods. Before that, Cooke spent 23 years at The Quaker Oats Company and became part of the PepsiCo organization when it purchased Quaker Oats in 2001. His last position with PepsiCo Beverages and Foods was Vice President of Sales leading the National C-Store team and channels in the West Region. Cooke holds a B.A. in marketing from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. |
