Mike, SVP of Operations, is responsible for life cycle network support of its managed service clients encompassing, solution development, program management, system integration and 7X24 operations. Mike’s group also supports IT operations and facilities. His other responsibilities include solutions design initiatives, supply chain and development engineering management. Prior to working in this role, Mike handled the operations, management, and customer support aspects of VanguardMS' CareGuard services, which includes a multi-million dollar Network Operations Center (NOC) that monitors and manages its customers' networks. Before joining VanguardMS, Mike spent 23 years with Motorola's Multi-service Network Division in operational roles of increasing responsibility
