Mike Clark, Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Clark brings more than 26 years providing and leading IT systems development and sustainability programs for the Intelligence Community. He began his career in the U.S. Navy working with advanced satellite collection capabilities and has served in U.S. and overseas locations. Before joining The Technology Development Group, Mr. Clark spent 18 years in increasing roles of responsibility at L-3 Corporation, formerly BTG/Titan. He led various system developments and deployments, including deploying himself and staff multiple times in the first Gulf War and in numerous other locations around the world spanning a four year period. He worked with Merger and Acquisition activities for three successful efforts, the most recent one being the integration of the Intelligence Data Systems into Titan, which he was responsible for day to day operational and business development for diverse customers such as NRO, CIA and NGA as the Deputy Director of a $40M operation, reporting directly to the former President of IDS. He has led successful business capture and proposal teams for numerous DoD and Intelligence Community customers. He is an active member of AFCEA and in 1999, was earned a Master’s Degree in Technology Management from George Mason University. |
