Mr. Carwana is an electrical engineer with over 30 years experience in the design, development, and management of numerous aerospace systems. His design and management experiences range from the design of submarine under-ice sonar displays, the Surface Search Radar (SSR), currently used on all U.S. Navy and Coast Guard vessels to the space shuttle simulator. He was responsible for the test of all electronic systems for the LPD-17 class of U.S. Navy Ships and was Technical Director for Raytheon on the LPD-17 program before retiring from Raytheon and joining Raptor Networks in March 2007. |
