Mike was a director of The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. (1991-2000), its Chairman (1997-2000), a past Governor of the National Association of Securities Dealers (1996-2000), and Chief Financial Officer of Microsoft Corporation (1992-1998). Prior to joining Microsoft as its Treasurer in 1989, he was managing partner of the Bellevue, Washington practice office of Deloitte & Touche. Mike is currently on the boards of Administaff, Inc. (NYSE: ASF), 360networks, FatKat Inc. and e-Xchange Advantage Corporation, and is a member of the Thomas Weisel Partners Advisory Board, the University of Washington Business School Advisory Board, and the Particle Economics Research Institute (specializing in economic agent-based modeling). He has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Washington. |
