Mike Bondy is Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Administrator of the Bank. He serves on the Officers' and Directors' Loan Committees as well as the Compliance Committee. Mike brings over 20 years experience in real estate, commercial, and consumer lending.
Prior to joining Bridge Bank in March 2002, Mike spent 14 years at Peninsula Bank of Commerce serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for the last five. There, Mike managed a team of ten lending officers and analysts. Under his leadership the team achieved its period of highest productivity, nearly tripling loans outstanding while maintaining excellent loan quality and posting successive earnings records. He was also responsible for implementing the automated credit scoring system used by the member banks of a multi-institution holding company.
Prior to his years at Peninsula Bank, Mike held numerous positions at other financial institutions with progressively increasing responsibilities. |
