Mike Blair is Vice President, Retailer Initiative. In this role, Mike leads a cross functional team that identifies how to maximize the results of the execution of Retailer Initiative in our stores. The focus areas include operations, merchandising, accounting, planning and information systems. He was formerly Vice President of the Mid-Pacific Division. Mike has 23 years of experience with 7-Eleven in numerous operations positions in Merchandising at the Store Support Center and in the field.
Blair joined 7-Eleven in 1983 as a management trainee and has held a number of operations positions, including district manager and market manager. In 1997, he was promoted to division merchandising manager and in 2001 he was named category manager in 7-Eleven’s corporate merchandising department. He served as product director for Vault products, before being named Mid-Pacific division manager in 2003. |
