Mike Becker is the Director of Customer Success. Mike leads Application Support, Professional Services and Training. His team is responsible for enabling the customer to successfully use the Domin-8 solutions to run their property management business. Mike has over sixteen years of consulting, software implementation/training, and business management experience. Prior to Domin-8, he was the Business Development Director of PeopleSoft Global Services, an enterprise software consulting arm of PeopleSoft. He also led the software consulting practice of Rapidigm as the Managing Director of their PeopleSoft Practice. Mike has held positions at KPMG and IBM, helping clients leverage technology to improve their business processes. Mike holds an undergraduate degree from Indiana University in Quantitative Analysis and served with distinction as an officer in the U.S. Air Force, stationed in Japan and Turkey. |
