Mike Bach joined MVI in 2000 after over 20 years as a Senior Manager in the Consumer Package Goods world. As COO, Mike directs commercial operations including MVI’s Product Development, Marketing and Global Sales and Service teams. He also leads MVI’s SkillBuilders product line, focused on helping clients apply MVI insights and analytics to their retailer business plans.
Mike has held leadership positions in direct, broker and distributor sales organizations as well as developed and executed strategic business plans for the world’s largest retailers.
He spent his first 5 years in Sales working for Proctor & Gamble and then joined the Minute Maid Company where he was Managing Director of Alternate Channels. His primary focus was on building the business with new retailers/channels. Mike moved to the parent company, Coca-Cola, where he led the Channel / Customer Marketing Organization in Southern Africa Division.
Mike has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University.
