Mike Anthofer has spent twenty-five years in the high technology industry, leading the financial organizations of both private and public companies. Prior to joining Kodiak Networks, Mike served as VP and CFO of Smartpipes, Inc., a privately held telecommunications software company. Previously, Mike served as SVP and CFO of Concentric Network Corporation, where he led the company from startup through its public offering until finalizing Concentric's merger with Nextlink Corporation in 2000, the combined companies now known as XO Communications. Prior to Concentric, Mike served as the SVP and CFO of Shared Resource Exchange, a privately held telecommunications company, and previously at publicly held DSC Communications Corporation in a number of executive financial and divisional management roles.
