As Senior Vice President, Strategic Business Development I support Celestica’s Strategy, Marketing and Communications, Sales, Corporate Development and Solutions Development teams. I work to define our overall strategy, develop and articulate our market and product-focused strategies and ensure that the right services and solutions are in place to meet our customers’ needs. I also lead a team that enhances our customers’ experience with us. This includes customer experience management and leveraging feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives that delight our customers.
I joined Celestica from IBM in 1994 as part of the company’s original management team, and have since held positions of increasing responsibility with the company. Prior to my current role, I was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Celestica’s Communications Group.
My diverse experience in engineering, finance, operations management, mergers and acquisitions and commodity management helps me to see the big picture and creatively approach challenges. My current role is unique and action packed. It lets me plan, act and then celebrate the results. I’m equally active in my personal life, whether playing sports or playing with my children.
