Mignon joined MEMC in August, 2006, as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. With almost 30 years of human resource leadership, she has been responsible for implementing innovative and strategic HR solutions for various domestic and international companies. Prior to joining MEMC, Mignon was president of her own human resource consulting firm that included clients in the United States and Asia. Previous to her consulting experience, Mignon served as Vice President of Human Resources and General Affairs with Samsung Telecommunications America. In addition, she has held key human resource positions in the manufacturing, retail, medical and airline sectors, over the course of her career.
Mignon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management and is currently acquiring a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. |
