Miggie E. Cramblit is Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of DPL Inc. and its subsidiary, The Dayton Power and Light Company. In this capacity, Ms. Cramblit is responsible for managing all legal operations for the Company.
Prior to joining DPL, Ms. Cramblit was the Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Greater Minnesota Synergy. Other positions held by Ms. Cramblit include Chief Operating Officer of Family Financial Strategies and General Counsel at Reliant Energy/Minneagasco. She has also been an Adjunct Professor at William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Ms. Cramblit is a graduate of Cornell College and received her Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law in 1980.
An active volunteer, Ms. Cramblit is on the Executive Advisory Board of A Special Wish Foundation, a virtual mentor with Menttium Corporation, and a board member of the Foodbank, the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra and the Miami Valley Child Development Centers.
