Micky S.C. Tsui is Group Vice President, Global Communications Solutions. Avaya is a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services.
In his role as GVP of Global Communications Solutions, Tsui is accountable for delivering innovative products and solutions that enable customers' business communications processes.
Tsui has been in the communications industry for more than 28 years. He joined Avaya at the end of 2000 as the general manager for the converged systems business and led Avaya to the market leadership position for IP telephony. Prior to joining Avaya, Tsui held various management positions at Nortel in such areas as strategic planning, product management and research & development. While at Nortel, he was responsible for the successful launch of the Meridian product line of PBX and the product development of the Meridian Mail and Call Center products. He also initiated the Internet Access and Solutions business addressing the enterprise and service provider markets. Tsui began his career as a systems engineer in communications network planning and optimization.
Tsui earned a bachelor's degree in Engineering (honors) from McGill University in Canada. |
