Mick brings more than 25 years of leadership and management experience to this assignment. Most recently he was Vice President and General Manager of INS, now BT, where his Southeast Operation won several of its most distinguished awards. Prior to joining INS in 1996, Mick had a successful 14 year career at NYNEX/New York Telephone (now Verizon), including Division Manager for NYNEX business in Long Island, NY and Division Manager of Operations Excellence for Westchester and Long Island. Mick served for five years with distinction in the US Army. He holds a BS in Engineering from West Point, an MBA with distinction from the University of Puget Sound and an Executive Degree from the Harvard Business School. |
