Mick has a breadth of experience in strategic planning, general management, process reengineering, marketing, manufacturing, finance and joint ventures.
He is accomplished at analyzing operations, markets and growth opportunities, then introducing strategic and tactical solutions that improve competitive performance while growing revenues, market share, and profits. He is also an outstanding change agent, problem solver and decision maker.
Mick’s cross section of experience in company/debtor representation includes Blue Bird, Enron, Sunbeam, American Medical Response, Sleepmaster and Polaroid. Prior to joining the firm, Mick spent more than 23 years at a privately held company in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he held a variety of positions in international, manufacturing, marketing and financial management. Mick spent five years in Europe where he was a general manager. In addition, he was in internal audit at a major retailer and an auditor for Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche).
Mick graduated with a B.S. from Ohio State University. He then completed his M.B.A. at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mick is also a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors. |
