Mick has been engaged in the executive search field since 1977 and has successfully conducted over 300 search assignments to date. Before forming his own firm in 1982, he served five years with Paul R. Ray & Co. (Ray & Berndtson) as Vice President in its Chicago Office. Prior to executive search, he spent five years in the information technology field with Fry Consultants and Control Data Corporation. Mick is a graduate of Loyola University-Chicago (B.S. and MBA degrees) and has served as President of its Alumni Association. He has also served on the Governing and Advisory Boards of St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital Center and is a member of the Union League Club of Chicago. He lives in Arlington Heights, Illinois with his wife Catherine and has five grown children.
