Michael "Mick" Barber provides superior financial leadership as Kineticom's Chief Financial Officer. Tasked with quantifying Kineticom's financial success and ensuring its financial integrity, Mick's efforts today will enable Kineticom's strategic growth into a $500 million corporation. Since 2004, when he joined the dynamic team of executives, Mick has sought to continuously improve processes for the rapidly growing firm. Mick's prior experience includes serving as Director of Corporate Finance, focused on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and pricing with the Trizetto Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:TZIX); Corporate Controller for Endocare Inc. (OTC:ENDO) where he was a key team member during their public offering and acquisition of Timm Medical; and Head of Analysis for the Capital Markets Group at Barclays Global Investors (NYSE: BCS). Mick holds a bachelor's degree in economics from San Diego State University, and an M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco. An avid and former professional surfer, Mick is at his best when he is managing multiple variables in a barrel or a boardroom. |
