Michelle opens and maintains relationships with private equity firms, their operating companies, and independent or public corporations. She updates clients on Stax s areas of industry expertise and connects them with the right industry expertise and skill sets at Stax when they re seeking a consulting engagement or market diligence. In the heat of many diligence engagements, Michelle steps in to coordinate Stax-client working teams, data requests, and lender read-outs while our clients are managing multiple advisors under high pressure, and our consulting staff is heads-down working. Prior to Stax, Michelle spent four years with Bloomberg Financial Markets, working with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies and investment firms to hedge funds and private investors. Michelle has a B.A. from the University of Michigan in Organizational Management.
