Michelle has extensive experience developing and implementing innovative approaches and solutions for corporate development, human resources and business development, as well as workforce development initiatives, such as Skilled2Succeed. She has a passion for nurturing a positive and productive work environment, fostering open communication, collaboration, and mentoring and helping individuals achieve their goals in the workplace. Michelle collaborated with President Shirley and his staff from the Navajo Nation to create a successful training and educational program. She also created a successful training program in collaboration with Utah Valley State College to train single mothers and underserved individuals across the US to create successful programs that build careers. Prior to Certiport, Michelle served as the Director of Human Resources and Client Relations for Center7, Inc. Previously, she was Director of Management Information Services for Axent Technologies, and MIS Operations Systems Manager for Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Michelle earned a master's degree in Human Resources from Columbia Southern University, and bachelors' degrees in communications from Southern Utah University and in computer science from Purdue University. She has also completed Senior Professional Human Resources Certification. |
