Michelle Pinnix serves as senior vice president of First American CREDCO’s portfolio solutions. Pinnix brings over 27 years of industry experience to her position, in which she oversees the sales and marketing strategy of one of the company’s newest divisions.
Pinnix began her career with CREDCO in April of 1976, and served as a member of the intelligence team that developed CREDCO’s patented Merge Logic technology. In 1986, she was promoted to manager of the San Diego regional operations center, and was instrumental in growing the business throughout California, Nevada and Hawaii.
In 1993, Pinnix was named vice president of the West Coast national operations center and led the company to significant business and revenue development through targeted customer marketing and service strategies.
Pinnix played a key role in facilitating a smooth transition when The First American Corporation purchased CREDCO in 1995. She assisted with the task of uniting the newly acquired individual credit companies into a cohesive business unit. Pinnix was promoted to senior vice president of customer relations in May 1999, and was responsible for implementing practices designed to ensure excellent customer care in all areas of the business. In this role, she also worked on growing strategic relationships with national customers.
In addition to her current position as senior vice president, Pinnix also manages the social and wellness committee, which coordinates fundraising and company events for the First American CREDCO campus in Poway, California. |
