Ms. Pasini is a Stanford University graduate with over 18 years of experience in permit acquisition, environmental review, and project management. Her expertise is in managing permitting efforts and regulatory compliance programs for complex industrial projects in strict regulatory settings. She has extensive experience with offshore oil and gas operations in California and the Gulf of Mexico, from the development and exploration phase to facility abandonment. Ms. Pasini has managed and prepared numerous environmental documents under CEQA and NEPA, facilitated formal Endangered Species Act consultations, and prepared zoning ordinance language for adoption by local and state agencies. Her unique background as an industry consultant as well as a former regulatory supervisor for the Santa Barbara County Energy Division enables her to anticipate stakeholders’ concerns and expedite regulatory review processes on behalf of her clients. She has also developed trusted relationships with agency representatives on the local, state, and federal levels. |
